Botanical name: Zingiber officinale
Family: Zingiberaceae
It is origin in Guangxi Province, Yunnan province, the best quality of ginger in China. Over 10 varieties of ginger grow in different provinces of China, but only the one origin between Guangxi and Yunnan area get the best quality. It is suitable for using in dried form, because it gets very thick ginger meat and low fiber, it keeps this good quality even after dried.
Ginger or ginger root is the rhizome of the plant Zingiber officinale, consumed as a delicacy, medicine, or spice, commonly known for its effectiveness as a digestive aid, also it improves digestion, restores the immune system, increases resistance to mental stress, relieves headaches, nausea and motion sickness.
Zingiber officinale, is a perennial creeping plant, with thick tuberous rhizome, producing an erect stem 1-3 ft tall. Ginger is the underground stem of the ginger plant. It has a fiery and pungent flavor.
Ginger cultivation began in South Asia and has since spread to East Africa. Dehydrated Ginger is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries..

Peeled Dried Whole Ginger

Dehydrated whole ginger is used for flavoring in many foods like salad dressings, meat sausages, gravies, pickles, curry dishes and so on.
Fresh Ginger is broken into slices and dehydrated using a multi-stage air drying process. Dried ginger is then disintegrated into smaller granules or bits as per client's specifications. Dried Ginger Granules are used in pharmaceutical as well as food and beverage industry.
Dehydrated Ginger Powder is usually used in making spices, which are used in gravies, marinades, stews etc. Dried ginger is also used to brew teas, in food and pharmaceutical industries.


Dried Ginger Slice (Unpeeled)

Fresh Ginger is cut into slices and dehydrated using a multi-stage air drying process involving continuous belt dryer and bin dryers to ensure that the final product has rich and uniform flavor and taste remains intact. Dried Ginger Slices used as a substitute for raw or fresh ginger.

For Dried Ginger Powder fresh ginger is dried using our multi-stage air dehydrating process and then grounded or pulverized into the necessary size as per client's requirements.
